Our Process
We have a team of top consultants and staff. From initial consultation to project completion, you will have the same designated project manager who has access to an entire team of top consultants and upper-level management. The person that you consult with, manages your project, making for a seamless experience with no confusion between sales staff and on-site staff. Our project managers are able to sell, bid, and buyout your project to you exact specifications AND make it to completion.
Preconstruction Design
From your first encounter with our staff, you will know your representative has the specific knowledge and experience needed to guide you through the entire construction process.
Design & Construction Estimate
Our staff will relay your ideas and plans to our design consultants and engineers to ensure that your project is designed and built to your specific needs but also to the most stringent construction standards and codes.
On-Site Consultations
Your representative will manage the project on a day to day basis and be your contact person throughout the entire process, ensuring that your project is completed to your specifications and needs.
The Finishing
Touches
Upon completion, your representative will walk you through the entire project in a "white glove" inspection of the workmanship and completed product. We will have a 30 day "follow up" visit to ensure that any punch list items you have found are rectified and a one year walk through to do the same.
